Friday 5.1 COFFEE!!!!

Our team is committed to the excellence of a great cup of joe. So much so, that we ride around the local town in search of the finest cup available. We scored today finding the Little River Coffee Company nestled in the industrial area of Spartanburg next to the bike path. They roast their own there and offer self serve for a buck, check em out http://www.littleriverroasting.com/. Here is a morning photo of the "kittens" and Andy with Storck, getting their morning fix before their morning ride.

On a side note; weather seems to be rolling in. While we were having coffee the wind has picked up and the skies have turned gray. The forcast shows 70% chance of "THUNDERSTORMS" at 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Vanderkitten's welcome the rain, the more challange to the course the better we ride, although lighting may dampen the evening festivities. I hope it doesn't rain. The town of Spartenburg has planned the "Spring Fling" around the race. There's a carnival and booths being set up for an entire evening of entertainment. http://www.spartanburgspringfling.com/

Check back later.
